I love my city and I want you to have a SAFE and FUN day on the water! 
 

1. RENTAL AGREEMENT

Take a sec to read and sign the rental agreement here, this only needs to be signed by you, the renter.

2. LIABILITY WAIVER

This is the liability waiver. Everyone must have one signed, including you. Please copy and paste to share with others in your party. Parents can add their kids under the "add  minor" section.

3. DAMAGE DEPOSIT

It’s not due ’til the day before your trip. You can send the $500 deposit using:

• Apple Pay: 928-706-2025

• Venmo: @aarongarcia

• Card: Totally fine too, just know it can take 3–5 days to release the hold. Other options get refunded within 24 hours of your return.

4. DEPART

We’ll meet at the Havasu Riviera. Show up 15 mins early so we can go over the boat and get you set.  You'll load everyone and everything onboard, then we'll drop you in the water!

5. RETURN

Need to come in early? Just give us a 1-hour heads-up to see if we can accommodate you. I have 1 driver and he's juggling drop-offs and pick-ups all day, and I want to make sure no one’s stuck waiting (including you).

6. GAS

We gas it up on land (about $3/gal cheaper). If you see a charge later on your card, that’s just the fuel. If you paid the deposit via Venmo, Zelle, or Apple Pay, I’ll just deduct fuel from that.

7. EXTRAS

A Bluetooth party speaker is included. And if you need a cooler? Just say the word—I’ll hook you up for free.
